How To: Change Your Credit Card Information

Changing your credit card information is easy.

  1. Click on “Account” on the left-hand menu
  2. Go to Payment Options
  3. Edit your card information

How To: Start the Map Design Process

If you are enjoying your free trial and have decided that you want your very own Findful map for your school or business, please go to “my map” on the left-hand menu to get started. Go to “My Map” on the left-hand menu of your account, check the box, and press submit. Easy! We will be in touch within 24 hours.

If you haven’t already done so, please send us a copy of your existing campus map. (You can email it to support@findfulmap.com, just be sure to include your school or business name with the map!) This helps us get an idea of the map boundaries for GPS and also your campus size so we can quote you on map design costs. No map, no problem! We just need an address to get started.

How To: Pay an Invoice

Paying your invoice is easy.

  1. Click “Account” on the left-hand menu
  2. Click on Orders in the account area dropdown
  3. Choose your payment method

If you need to add a new credit card for your payment method, click on Payments Methods.

How To: Request Additional Marker Sets

Your Findful Map comes with three blank map templates so that you can use different marker sets for different occasions. If you need more than three marker sets, additional sets can be purchased. Please contact Findful Customer Service for pricing information.

How To: See Payment/Billing History


To see your payment/billing history, go to “Account” on the left-hand menu. To see your map design invoice, click on “Orders”. To see your monthly subscription costs for the Findful map app, click on “Subscriptions”.

How To: Change the Account Holder

Right now, the only way to change the account holder is to contact customer service. Please have the first name, last name, title, and email of the person you wish to be the new administrator on the account.

Once the account is set up in their name, they will receive an email with a link to change their password for access to the account.

How To: Request Artwork Edits to my Findful Map

Please contact customer service to get a quote on artwork edits to your Findful map.

How To: Add a New User

Please contact customer service with the first name, last name, title, and email address of the person you want to add to the account.

The new account user will get an automatically generated email to change their password and then will have access to your map CMS.
